Motorola has introduced the new Moto G57 Power in India, adding another value-packed smartphone to its popular G-series lineup. Priced at ₹14,999, the device focuses on performance, long battery life and strong durability, aiming at users who need an everyday phone that can handle heavy usage without frequent charging.
The Moto G57 Power runs on Android 16, offering the latest software experience out of the box. It comes with 128GB internal storage and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, which can be expanded up to 24GB through RAM Boost. Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset built on a 4nm process, featuring a combination of 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 cores. This setup ensures smooth multitasking, better efficiency and reliable performance for gaming, apps and daily tasks.
The highlight of the device is its massive 7000mAh battery, paired with 33W TurboPower fast charging via a USB Type-C port. Motorola claims the phone can easily last more than a day on a single charge, making it ideal for power users and travellers. The company continues to offer useful security additions such as a side-mounted fingerprint reader, face unlock, ThinkShield for Mobile and Moto Secure.
Moto G57 Power sports a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1050 nits brightness in High Brightness Mode. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, while the phone itself comes with an IP64 water-resistant design and MIL-STD-810H durability, improving protection against dust, splashes and accidental drops.
The design uses a vegan leather rear panel with a plastic frame, and comes in three PANTONE-certified colours – Corsair, Fluidity and Regatta. Despite the huge battery, the device measures 8.60mm in thickness and keeps a comfortable grip.
In the camera department, Motorola has equipped the G57 Power with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor featuring Quad Pixel technology for better low-light shots. It includes PDAF for fast focusing. The secondary camera is an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 119.5° field of view, and there’s a 2-in-1 light sensor that acts as both ambient light detector and flicker sensor. The front features an 8MP selfie camera.
Video and photography features include Night Vision, Auto Night Vision, Pro Mode with Long Exposure, Portrait Mode, EIS video stabilization, Audio Zoom, and Ultra-Res, among others. Motorola is also integrating several Google Photos editing tools, such as Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, Portrait Light, Sky editing and more.
For audio, the phone packs stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio support, and even keeps the 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s also FM Radio, which many budget consumers still prefer.
Connectivity options include 5G (sub-6GHz) with support for multiple NR bands, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and dual SIM support. Location services include GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou for accurate navigation.
Inside the box, Motorola includes the Moto G57 Power 5G, a 33W TurboPower charger, a USB Type-C cable, SIM ejector tool and documentation. The phone is manufactured in India.
With its aggressive pricing, massive battery, modern design and the latest Android version, the Moto G57 Power is set to attract users searching for a long-lasting, reliable 5G smartphone in the mid-budget category.
