Lava has officially introduced its latest flagship, the Lava Agni 4, and the launch is of special significance since this is the first time that the Indian brand has entered the UK market. Launched in India at ₹24,999, the effective price will be ₹22,999 with select bank offers. The latest offering by Lava further cements its “Make in India” identity, wherein the company designs and manufactures all devices locally.
The Agni 4 arrives with a modern design and makes use of a Gorilla Glass 5 front, an aluminum frame, and IP64 resistance against dust and water splashes. It also features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with support for 1 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR, and peak brightness of as high as 2400 nits, making it one of the brightest screens in its segment. Lava pairs this with a 1220×2712 resolution panel that offers sharp and vibrant visuals.
Under the hood, there’s the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, mated with 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. Lava guarantees up to three major Android upgrades, and it ships the device with Android 15 directly out of the box. The chipset’s octa-core CPU and Mali G615-MC6 GPU promise smooth performance for everyday tasks and gaming.
Camera capabilities see the strongest focus with the Agni 4: there’s a dual rear setup featuring a 50MP main camera with OIS and a big 1/1.55-inch sensor, along with an 8MP ultrawide lens. Speaking of which, the cameras at the back can shoot 4K video at up to 60fps. On the front, Lava includes a 50MP selfie camera, which also shoots 4K video – rather a standout feature in this price category.
Rounding out the multimedia experience is stereo speakers, though the 3.5mm headphone jack has been dropped. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, an infrared port, FM radio, GPS, and a USB-C 3.2 port with OTG support. It does not include NFC.
The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery that provides support for 66W fast charging. According to Lava, the phone can charge up from 0 to 50 percent in 19 minutes and to a full capacity in just 51 minutes, thus helpful for heavy users. The Lava Agni 4 will be available for purchase from November 25, 2025, in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist. For a brand expanding beyond India into the UK market, the Agni 4 is a bold leap into positioning itself as a formidable player on the global landscape.
