iQOO has officially announced its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, ahead of its India launch on November 26, 2025. The device features an array of all-new upgrades like Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, an ultra-bright 6,000-nit AMOLED display, and a significant 7,000mAh battery-all aimed at rewriting the rules of performance and endurance in the premium Android category.

Premium Design and Build

The iQOO 15 features a sleek design with a combination of glass and metal, measuring 163.7 x 76.8 x 8.1 mm and weighing 215g or 220g depending on the variant. It comes with a rating of IP68/IP69 for dust and water resistance, allowing the device to withstand jets of high-pressure water and submersion as deep as 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

This is further complemented by a rear panel that has the color-changing capability, subtly shifting hues under different lighting conditions. It shall come in Black, White, Green, Blue, and a Color-Changing Edition.

Display and Visual Experience

On the front, the iQOO 15 boasts a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED display featuring 1 billion colors, a refresh rate of 144Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HDR Vivid standards. The panel reaches up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness, making it one of the brightest smartphone screens in the world. Given the 1440 x 3168 resolution and ~508 ppi pixel density, you can expect detailed, vivid, and smooth visuals.

Next-Generation Performance

Under the hood, it runs with Android 16 at the moment, OriginOS 6, and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, built using a 3nm manufacturing process. The CPU is an octa-core processor that features two 4.6GHz Oryon V3 Phoenix L and six 3.62GHz Oryon V3 Phoenix M cores, coupled with the Adreno 840 GPU for high-end graphics.

iQOO 15 is available in several different configurations:

12GB RAM + 256GB storage

16GB RAM + 256GB / 512GB / 1TB storage

All variants make use of UFS 4.1 storage for fast data transfer and quick loading of apps.

Camera Capabilities

Photography is handled by a triple 50MP camera setup, comprising:

50MP primary sensor (OIS, 1/1.56-inch)

50MP periscope telephoto lens (OIS, 3x optical zoom)

50MP ultrawide camera: autofocus

The rear cameras support 8K video recording at 30fps, 4K at up to 60fps, and 1080p slow motion at 240fps, assisted by gyro-EIS for stabilization. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera with 4K video caters to vloggers and content creators.

Audio and Connectivity

It does lack a 3.5mm headphone jack, but adds stereo speakers, 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res Audio, and Snapdragon Sound for better wireless audio. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, an infrared port, and USB-C 3.2 with OTG. Battery and Charging One of the main talking points of the iQOO 15 is its 7,000mAh Si/C Li-Ion battery with support for 100W wired PPS fast charging, and it even supports 40W wireless charging. This combination is supposed to offer extra-long runtime and fast top-ups for heavy users and serious gamers.

Pricing details are expected to be announced closer to the launch date on November 26, 2025.
